gOS Privacy Policy

Effective date: 6 October 2026
Service provider: Coordination Systems Ltd. (“CS”, “we”, “us”).

This policy covers the gOS application, website and associated account, AI routing and billing services. CS is responsible for personal data it collects for these services. Contact us at coordinationsystems@gmail.com.

1. Information we handle

  • Account information: contact details, account identifiers, sign-in information and preferences you provide.
  • Payments and usage: purchases, subscriptions, payment status, G Token balances, reservations and charges. Payment processors handle payment credentials; we do not store your full card number.
  • Remote processing content: prompts, selected files, media, conversation context, tool results and outputs needed for operations you authorize. Agents may assemble relevant context as part of a request.
  • Technical information: IP address, device and request information, authentication events and service logs needed to operate and secure the services.
  • Support and optional diagnostics: information you send us for support, and diagnostic uploads or prompt/content capture you separately enable.

2. Local and remote AI processing

Content processed exclusively on your Mac is not received by CS merely because you use gOS. Local workflows can still use network services for sign-in, billing, updates, downloads or tools you authorize.

Remote operations send the required content to CS infrastructure or the selected AI or tool provider, according to your settings and approvals. Local-first does not mean that every step is offline. Review the processing route and permissions before sending confidential or personal information.

Providers have their own data-handling conditions, which may vary by route, endpoint and account. If you connect your own provider account, its services are governed by your agreement with that provider.

3. Why we use information

We use information to provide requested operations, manage accounts and payments, resolve support requests, maintain reliability, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the services, legal obligations, or consent for optional collection. You can withdraw consent for future collection without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some information is necessary to provide the feature you request.

Diagnostic uploads and optional prompt or content capture are opt-in. Disabling them does not stop transmission needed for a remote operation you authorize.

Using gOS does not authorize us to train models on, publish, sell or independently commercially reuse your private prompts, files or outputs. Any separate contribution or licensing arrangement requires your affirmative agreement, as explained in the Terms of Service.

4. Sharing and international processing

We share information as needed with AI and tool providers for authorized operations, and with hosting, storage, authentication, payment and support providers that help deliver the services. Personnel and contractors receive access only for authorized purposes and on a need-to-know basis. We do not sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising.

We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or during a business transfer where the successor assumes the relevant obligations. Sharing you deliberately request, such as sending work to an external service, follows your instructions.

Processing may take place outside your country. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we use legally recognized safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

5. Cookies and local storage

The website uses cookies or local storage where needed for sign-in, security and preferences. You can manage these through your browser, although blocking necessary storage may affect those features. If we introduce optional cookies that require consent, we will ask separately.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for the requested services and the purposes above. Account records generally remain while the account is active; financial, dispute and security records may need to be kept longer for legal or legitimate operational reasons. Hosted content is retained as needed for the feature you request. Backup copies may remain until the normal backup cycle removes them and remain protected in the meantime.

Local files remain under your control. Independent providers may have separate retention rules. Turning off optional collection stops future collection under that setting; it does not automatically delete earlier records.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your data-protection authority. Contact coordinationsystems@gmail.com to exercise these rights or ask about account deletion. We may need proportionate verification of your identity. Legal retention obligations and other lawful exceptions may limit a request.

You can also change processing permissions and optional diagnostics in gOS, manage browser storage, and choose which content to submit. Where we process personal data on behalf of a business customer, an applicable data-processing agreement governs that processing.

8. Age and policy changes

gOS is intended for people aged 18 or older. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as the services or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and notify you of material changes where required. New optional uses requiring consent will be presented separately.
